Hi, my name is Travis, and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 10 years. I enjoy what I do, and believe that massage therapy can create an opportunity for self-care, which is why I continue to expand my knowledge of the field through my membership with Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Over the years I've honed my skills with various types of massage techniques including: relaxation, deep-tissue, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, and both hot and cold stones.
Through continual bodywork I believe you can improve your quality of life and reduce stress and pain. I like to compliment my own self-care routine with practicing yoga, which helps to improve both my physical and mental health. Massage therapy helps you feel better physically and mentally, so try adding bodywork to your self-care routine and let's create a path to self-improvement together.
I'm an owner of two lovely cats who I think have me better trained than I do of them.
To the window to the wall until my watering can goes empty for the amount of plants we have in our kitchen alone. Plants took root in my soul and now I just have to enjoy their presence in as many places as I can!
I'm an avid gamer, but that doesn't keep me inside away from enjoying nature hikes when MI shows off its natural beauty.
Don't be surprised if you see more colors than what's in the rainbow with how often I feel the need to change up my hair color on random whims.
I'm a full believer of the idea that if you don't use it you lose it and that's why I always focus on range of motion maneuvers and education with my clients.
I might only be in my early 30's but I have already been in the industry for over 10 years now and that's a feat in itself!
