Welcome to Boho Aesthetics! We are pleased to provide you with our makeup artistry services. Before you proceed to use our website or book any services, please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Services
1.1 Boho Aesthetics offers professional esthetic services for various occasions, including but not limited to lashes, brows, makeup, facials, and massage.
1.2 The availability of our services is subject to our schedule and may vary based on the date and time you request.
1.3 We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 To book a service with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
2.2 A card number is required to for the client appointment self service booking site.
2.3 We accept payment through various methods, which will be provided at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may result in being charged for the full amount of your service.
3.2 In case of unexpected circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability.
3.3 If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we will provide a full refund of deposits paid.
4. Trials and Consultations
4.1 We may offer trial makeup sessions and consultations for certain services. The terms and conditions for these sessions will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
4.2 Trials and consultations may incur separate fees, which will be disclosed before booking.
5. Health and Allergies
5.1 It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the esthetic service or the products used.
5.2 We will take necessary precautions to avoid any potential allergic reactions, but we cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions that may occur.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, on the Boho Aesthetics website is the property of Boho Aesthetics and is protected by copyright laws.
6.2 You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our explicit written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Boho Aesthetics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services or website.
7.2 We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during esthetic service.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.2 Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Holly, Michigan.
9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
9.1 Boho Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
9.2 It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.
